At KATIVAWEAR, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

• All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• We do not accept returns for any reason, including sizing issues, change of mind, or dissatisfaction.

• Please review all product details, descriptions, and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us at kativawear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Any resolution will be made at our sole discretion.

KATIVAWEAR reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy.
